Types of cookies
First party cookies

Third-party cookies

Session cookies
Session cookies are only temporarily stored during a browsing session and are deleted by the user’s device when the browser is closed.
Persistent cookies
This type of cookie is saved on the computer for a fixed period and is not deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies are used when it is necessary to know who you are for more than one browsing session. For example, we use this type of cookie to store your settings, so that they are stored for the next visit.
How does GTT use cookies?
The cookies set by the GTT websites (first party cookies) are used for a variety of reasons which we’ve categorized as essential, analytics and marketing.
The information provided by cookies can help us analyze the profile of our visitors and offer you a better use of the site. For example, if you are contacting us through the online contact form, we can see how you went through the site and what pages you visited before making the contact.
We use three categories of cookies as follows:
- Essential cookies: ensure the website works properly for our visitors + safeguards the security of the site and by extension our visitors

We use Google Tag Manager, a script (tool) that facilitates the installation of non-essential analytics Cookies (see below) and marketing cookies. It is not a cookie, it is essential to the proper functioning our site, and it does not have an expiration date.

How to check and delete cookies?
Many of the cookies used on our website can be enabled or disabled by disabling the cookies through your browser. Collection of your data from our analytics cookies can be deleted. If cookies are deleted, the information collected prior to the preference change may still be used, however, we will stop using the disabled cookie to collect any further information from your user experience.
