Ed Morche
Chief Executive Officer & Director
Ed Morche is an accomplished business leader with an excellent track record that spans more than 30 years in the telecommunication industry. Before joining GTT, Morche served as president of Lumen’s North American Enterprise and Public Sector, and previously held other senior leadership roles at CenturyLink and Level 3 over his tenure with the combined organization. Morche’s experience includes global and North American leadership positions at Igaea Communications, Teleglobe, Global One and Sprint, in addition to multiple philanthropic roles supporting the Virginia Hospital Center, including serving as a director on the hospital’s foundation board.
Fletcher Keister
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Fletcher Keister is GTT’s chief product and technology officer. He is responsible for leading GTT’s strategy and innovation across product, systems, information technology and security. Keister has more than 30 years of industry experience with a diverse background spanning sales, product management, customer operations, finance, IT and business transformation at global companies such as MCI, Level 3, CenturyLink and Lumen. Prior to GTT, Keister served as Lumen’s chief technology officer leading a global team of 3200 people responsible for platform and software engineering, IT Operations, data, transformation and program management. He holds an MBA from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Oregon State University. Fletcher is based in Colorado.
Joan Logan
President, Americas Division
Joan Logan is GTT president, Americas Division. She is responsible for overseeing key functions in the Americas region, including the proposal, design and sale of GTT solutions, as well as the continuous lifecycle support provided by account management and customer success teams to meet current and future demands of customer networks. Logan joined GTT in 2024, bringing over 30 years of telecommunications industry experience from senior roles at companies including Lumen and Global Crossing. She most recently served as SVP of Sales at Lumen, delivering network and managed service solutions to Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, Media, Cloud and Hyperscaler customers. Logan is on the Board of Directors for the charity Warrior Bags and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Ashland University.
Tom Homer
President, Europe Division
Tom Homer is GTT president, Europe Division overseeing key functions in the Europe region that include client success, sales, sales engineering, quoting, ordering, professional services, and overall client account management. Homer brings to GTT over 25 years’ experience as a telecommunications industry executive. Before joining GTT in 2020, Homer was Chief Customer Officer at LaserLight, responsible for sales, product management, marketing and customer experience. Previously, Homer held executive roles at Telstra and Global Cloud Exchange. At Telstra, Homer was Managing Director, EMEA responsible for developing and executing strategy across the region. During his tenure, Homer doubled the size of the EMEA business and was global sponsor of the Customer Advocacy program. Homer served as Managing Director, UK & Nordics at Global Cloud Exchange from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in his career, Homer held senior sales leadership and management positions at Cable & Wireless and AT&T.
Lisa Cool
Chief Marketing Officer & Chief of Staff for the Executive Office
Lisa Cool is GTT’s chief marketing officer (CMO) and chief of staff for the executive office. In her role, Cool is responsible for leading the sales enablement, corporate marketing, and client experience functions. As chief of staff, her responsibility is to manage the CEO transformation agenda facilitating the successful implementation of key initiatives across GTT in support of the company’s business objectives.
Cool joined GTT in October 2015 and has worked in several executive roles aligned to the CRO office, most recently as SVP sales operations. Cool brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role and has held leadership positions in the telecommunications, data center, and public cloud sectors. She was formerly vice president marketing and sales operations at both Broadwing Communications and Active Power. While at Broadwing she also served as general manager and vice president customer operations. Cool received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bloomsburg University.
George Kuzmanovski
Chief Operating Officer
George Kuzmanovski is GTT’s chief operating officer (COO). He is responsible for driving operational excellence for GTT in global provisioning, engineering, service delivery, field operations, access management and service assurance.
Kuzmanovski brings more than 24 years of telecom experience, with a diverse background leading organizations in strategy, operations, construction and IT. Prior to taking on the COO role at GTT, he served as the company’s senior vice president for Global Service Delivery since 2019. Before that, he was managing director at Ledcor Technical Services, where he managed a $600 million fiber and 5G wireless expansion for a leading tier 1 service provider. Kuzmanovski has also previously held senior positions at Windstream Communications, XO Communications and Global Crossing. Kuzmanovski holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the William E. Simon School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University at Buffalo New York.
Valerie Green
General Counsel
Valerie Green is GTT’s General Counsel. She has more than 25 years of experience practicing law and executing advocacy strategies in the private and public sectors. Before joining GTT, Green served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Ligado Networks, a Virginia-based communications company where she led the company’s legal, regulatory and public affairs efforts. Previously, Green served as Assistant to President Obama and Director of Presidential Personnel at the White House, as well as Deputy Special Counsel and Special Assistant to the President. She also served as General Counsel at AmeriCorps. Practiced law at Cravath, Swaine and Moore, Venable, Wiley Rein, and People for the American Way. Green received a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. She is based in Virginia.
Frederique Arnold
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Frederique Arnold is GTT’s senior vice president, human resources. In this role, Arnold leads HR for GTT, overseeing performance management, compensation planning and talent recruitment, as well as HR support for acquisitions, organizational restructuring and change. Arnold brings 20 years of human resources experience at international companies in the high-technology industry working for high-growth, rapidly changing organizations. Prior to joining GTT in 2018, Arnold was the senior vice president of human resources at Interoute. Arnold joined Interoute in 2006 as the director of Global Compensation and Benefits and later held leadership roles in the human resources function. Before joining Interoute, Arnold held several leadership positions at Mentor Graphics, where she specialized in executive and general compensation, mergers and acquisitions, benefits, performance management and employee relations. Arnold holds a M.Sc. in economics from Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France, and an M.A. in human resources from the University of Law, Economics and Political Science in Dijon, France.
Mike Little
Senior Vice President, Revenue Operations
Mike Little is GTT’s senior vice president of Revenue Operations. He is responsible for leading revenue operations by driving data-based insights, world class enablement and commercial excellence across Sales and Customer Success. Little has more than 20 years of industry experience with a background in finance, IT and business operations. Prior to GTT, Little served as Lumen’s vice president of Sales and Commercial Operations supporting North American Enterprise, Wholesale and Public Sector. He has also held various leadership positions in financial planning and analysis, data analytics and sales operations at CenturyLink and Level 3. Little holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
