This fall, EtherVision is becoming EnvisionDX. Envision DX is the digital interface into GTT to visualize, engage, consume and manage a broad platform of security, cloud and networking services with greater visibility and insights than ever before. Your links, bookmarks, and login credentials remain the same, along with the functionality you’ve come to rely on.

What is EnvisionDX?
- EnvisionDX is your digital experience to connect with GTT people, data, and technology. It offers visibility, control and management of your GTT products and services. It’s the best way to stay in touch with GTT, open service tickets, manage a bill, track delivery of services, and see announcements from the company to name just a few of the current capabilities!
Is EnvisionDX just a new name for EtherVision?
- EtherVision is evolving into EnvisionDX. It’s more than a name change – it’s the first step in the ongoing evolution of the GTT customer experience. Expect new functionality coming your way with significant additions early next year and continuous development to keep you ahead of the fast-changing environment of networking and security services.
How do I log into EnvisionDX?
- Your login, passwords, bookmarks and links remain the same. Login to EnvisionDX with the same credentials you use for EtherVision today.
When is the transformation of EtherVision to EnvisionDX happening?
- The change will happen in stages.
- The first thing you will notice is a new landing page and login screen. Nothing about your login changes.
- Through the fall, there may be small changes to your interface, logos will be updated,
- EtherVision as a name will disappear and become EnvisionDX.
What is driving the transformation to Envision & EnvisionDX?
- You are! Satisfaction scores for EtherVision have been consistently high – demonstrating the value and efficacy of a fully functional portal. Your feedback has driven our focus on continued development and innovation – the result is EnvisionDX.
Are there any new enhancements to the EnvisionDX portal that I should be aware of?
- As the EnvisionDX portal evolves, customers will be notified of new features or changes to the interface.
How will you keep me informed about changes & rebranding?
- All EnvisionDX users will be informed of changes before the changes take place. Notices will be posted on the EnvisionDX login page and sent to you via email notifications. The email notifications are considered operations and service updates, so you do not need to adjust your email opt in settings to receive these notices (even if you have opted out of marketing communications from GTT).
Is there a schedule of updates to EnvisionDX?
- There is no schedule of changes available at this time, but we will always keep you informed.
If I am enabled for single sign on with EtherVision, will anything change?
- No changes are needed at this time. In the Fall, we will work with you to transition you from ethervision.gtt.net to envisiondx.gtt.net. You will be notified closer to the date with the details.
Will my links still work?
- Yes, the links are still valid and will automatically redirect to the new URL coming in the fall.
Will there be planned service interruptions during the transformation period?
- There is no interruption in service anticipated during the transformation from EtherVision to EnvisionDX.
Is my data at risk during the transition from EtherVision to EnvisionDX?
- No, there is no risk to your data.
Is the way I access EnvisionDX different from EtherVision?
- No. You access EnvisionDX exactly as you do EtherVision . There is no need to change bookmarks, links, or logins.
Who do I need to contact if my log in credentials do not work?
- In the unlikely event that you experience any difficulties logging in, please contact your GTT account representative or email [email protected].
